The plastic hose must be used in required temperature and pressure range.

• When it is pressed, please open/close any valve slowly to avoid the form of shock pressure and damage the hose.
• The hose will have little expansion and contraction with the change of its international pressure. Please cut the hose in the length a littler longer than needed in your use.
• All used hoses should be suitable for loaded liquids. Please consult our company when you are not sure whether the hose is suitable for some kind of fluid.
• Please don't put our non-food hose into the production and processing of food products, supplying drinking water, cooking or washing foods.
• The hose should be used within its permitted bending radius.
• When the hose is used for powder or granule, please expand its bending radius as far as possible to reduce possible hose wear.
• When near metal parts, please don't use the hose in extreme bending..
• Please don't keep the hose directly contact or near naked flame.
• Please avoid the hose rolled by vehicles.
• When cutting steel wire reinforced hose and fiber steel wire compound reinforced hose, their exposed steel wire may do harm to people, so be careful with it.

• Please select proper metallic joint to assemble the hose.
• To insert the fish scale slot of the joint to the hose requires smearing oil on the hose and fish scale slot, no fire permitted. If the joint fails to be inserted into the hose, warm the hose with hot water, then insert.

• Before a hose is used, please confirm it appears no abnormal (scratch, hardening, softening, discoloration), etc.
• During the regular service of the hose, please give regular inspection monthly.
• The service life of the hose is subject to the property, temperature, velocity of flow and pressure of fluid to a large extent. Please stop using as soon as finding any abnormal phenomenon during inspection and regular inspection, repair it or replace it.

• Please get rid of the leftover when a hose is used.
• Please keep it indoor or a dark and ventilated place.
• Keep the hose from extreme bending.

• Please don't burn it. Burning the hose will damage the furnace and produce noisome gases. Please treat the hose as industrial waste.
• Please treat it according to the regional requirements.
